EFT

Well, I'll be honest with you, all the names with "EFT" in it that I could think of were already used for websites. But then I wasn't that sorry when, talking to friends, we eventually came up with "Practical Learners", since it applies so well to this topic. What do you think?

PRACTICAL?

According to Cambridge's dictionary, "practical" can be understood as "relating to experience, reality or action rather than ideas or imagination".

This is exactly what EFT is about : while you do need to have an open mind and be ready to try it out, you have to act and experience it for yourself before you can decide on what you think of it, and start finding out how it can help you in your everyday life.

LEARNERS?

Aren't we all learning from life every single day? It starts as a baby. We can't explain what it is exactly that we're after, but we sure know what we want ... And  we learn ... As a baby, we fall and get back up, learn how to put one foot after the other, until we can walk ... and meet more obstacles! The older we get, the more complex it gets. So now what do we do?

We all learn our own ways to deal with life's worries : we listen to music, we go for a walk, we enjoy nice food, we talk to friends, we play music, we play with a pet ... 

SO?

Some things cannot be tackled that easily : low morale, a sore back, lack of energy, sick stomach, anxiety, all these body and mind pains ...

Practical Learners want to help you learn a new practical way to help yourself through all this. This practical wonder is  EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques.

Too good to be true? Of course! I said so myself when I met EFT, thanks to a friend. So maybe the best way for you is to go through this website, go through the linked websites too, search for yourself on the internet maybe, learn the procedure if you want to try it on your own, and then, if you're curious enough or don't get the results you're looking for, contact me to see what more you can get from this.
